The company through which the employment visa is being issued needs to have a valid Business license
The company records need to be clean and should not have any past violations
The applicant must be older than 18 years of age, as previously mentioned. However, the Minister of Human Resources and Emiratization (MoHRE) has classified workers into three groups based on their academic credentials or talents.
Category 1: At least a bachelor’s degree
Category 2: Need to have a Post-secondary diploma in any field
Category 3: High school diploma
