3. Medical Fitness certificates issued by DMCA-certified medical centers

5. Marine License application form
6. NOC from the sponsor if the applicant is expatriate
7. Original Copy of valid good conduct certificate issued by Dubai Police General Headquarters
8. Certificate copy of Marine safety courses (for crafts more than 12 meters only)
9. Certificate copy of Marine communication course (for crafts more than 12 meters only)
10. Original copy of qualification in marine engineering or marine navigation (for marine inspector permit)
11. Copy or qualifications and certificate of experience as Marine craft driving instructor

Upon receiving the application, DMCA reviews and verifies the documents submitted by the applicant with regard to foreign certificate equivalency application and completes the procedures for the required license or permit.

DMCA also provides theoretical and practical test services to foreign and expired certificates and others, to ensure that the customer is aware of all the marine craft driving requirements, laws, and regulations of the emirates.

Validity of the Marine Driving License:

All the driving licenses issued by DMCA are valid for 5 years except Pleasure Marine Craft Temporary Driving license as it is issued only for 3 months and is non-renewable
