As a strategist, Dhiram has provided tax optimization strategies to corporates, family offices and individuals. Further, he has advised on international tax planning (inbound and outbound) and flip structures. Dhiram has assisted in undertaking timely compliances and supported on tax litigations. Additionally, he has advised Start-ups, Venture Funds, Angel Investors during investment stages as well as during their exit stage.
Dhiram is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a lawyer, and holds a post-graduate degree in advanced accounting. He has spoken on the Indian Finance Budget for 2022 and 2023 and serves as a guest lecturer at a prestigious law college in Mumbai.
