Concerning Delivery/Shipping Terms

•  All goods are shipped insured. But please note: This is a service we offer, not a right.
• Goods can be delayed by postal services or local Customs authorities. Although most parcels are delivered in time, we can not be held responsible if delays occur.
• As long as we can offer you a valid Shipping Receipt, by International law, you are responsible for obtaining/receiving the parcel correctly. So make sure you enter a valid postal address, and preferably an address where somebody is present during working hours, for example your working address.
• If you made an error in the shipping address please contact us directly.
• All goods are shipped insured. So in the unfortunate case that goods went missing we will process a claim at the shipper company. There is a side note to that, because postal services can take up to max 3 months to process claims and we have to wait their decision upon how to handle the claim.
• When you are located outside Japan, your authorities might charge you import duties. Although we undertake certain actions to prevent or reduce this to the minimum, we can not be held responsible for any local tax fees.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to every country, every address, worldwide.

Do you use couriers or normal post?

We use international accredited couriers, using their Express Services. This provides a fast and  point to point tracking system. For shippings within Japan we use Japan Post Office services, Takkyubin or Sawaga delivery services

How long does international shipping takes?

3-7 business days according to the shipping country.

Is the shipping secure?

Absolutely. Our couriers provide secure, accurate, and fast delivery services worldwide.

How much does the shipping cost?

Nothing!..ITS FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE!

Will I be charged customs?

This is extremely unlikely, but it is dependent on your country, and we have no control over it. The recipient of the shoes is responsible for any customs duties. If your country does charge customs, we suggest a simple way to avoid this is to email us that a copy of your invoice should not be included in your package.

Return for an exchange

In case that the product received is different from the one you ordered or has a manufacturing defect, or the size doesn’t fit you, you may return the shoes within 30 days of receiving them for an exchange.

The shoes must be unused and packed in the same way you received them in order to be returned.

If the goods need to be returned go to our Contact Us page and send us an email letting us know  the problem. We will give you full instructions on how to proceed. Shoes must not be sent back without getting instructions from us.

Send us the shoes to TOKYO through international shipping. We will refund you the shipping cost you payed either by Western Union, PayPal or we will give you a discount for your next order.

After you send us the tracking number for the returned shoes, we will immediately start production for your correct shoes and will delivery them asap.

Shoes that you return or exchange must not be worn. PLEASE TRY YOUR SHOES ON A CARPET OR OTHER CLEAN, SOFT SURFACE TO PREVENT ANY SCRATCHING OF THE SOLES. SHOES WITH SOILED, SCRATCHED OR MARKED SOLES OR SHOES WHICH HAVE BEEN WORN CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Return for a total Cancellation

If you would like to return your shoes and would like to be refund with your money because of other reasons like you are not satisfy with the product, please go to our Contact Us page and send us an email letting us know that you would like to “CANCEL YOUR ORDER” and also how you would like to be refunded.

The shoes must be unused and packed in the same way you received them in order to be returned.  Shoes must not be sent back without getting instructions from us.

There is no need to explain us why you would like to cancel the order. We will refund your money either by Paypal or by Cancelling your credit card payment or by bank account transfer (for Japanese bank accounts and within Japan ONLY) You would only have to take care for the shipping cost from your place to our store in Tokyo. If your are shipping back the product from outside Japan, you need to use an International Courier (any) that offers speed and safe delivery within 7 business days at the most.

If you are shipping back the product within Japan, you need to use Japan Post office service, or any other speed service like SAWAGA, TAKKYUBIN. Once you send us the tracking number for the returned shoes, we will refund your payment within the next 1-3 business days.

SHOES CARE & CLEANING (NEW)

• Avoid contact with water. In addition to losing its color, it loses its shape, its resistance and can also stain other materials with which it is in contact.
• Avoid contact with the sun.
• Avoid contact with sharp or pointed objects.
• Avoid contact with any type of chemical products such as alcohol and others.
• Avoid humid spaces as leather can generate mold and mildew if it is damp.
